Personalized Training

I am currently offering free personalized training help for people of varying abilities.
I am looking for people at varying levels who are committed.
To be able to provide help to all that may stumble on this page I am asking that you do not share this offer to friends and family.
I am enjoying with working with different people from around the world and want to keep that diversity.

1 Must have a marathon that they are signed up within the next 9 months.
2. Be able to commit to training. I am looking for people willing to commit to training at least 5 days a week. For those wanting to run under 3:30, I would like to see a six day commitment.
